Zia Hitch is not liable for any wear and tear that may occur during harsh weather or terrain. However, if you contact us within 10 days of the initial damage and send in a picture, we’ll discuss getting you a new hitch at a discounted price.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your new hitch, please send us an email and let us know why you are unhappy. We will find the best solution for you, whether that’s a full refund or store credit for a new hitch cover.
The shipping cost is based on weight and destination. The amount will be visible in checkout once you have completed the necessary steps to finalize your order.
Interested in making a special order? Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but be aware that special orders can take up to 6 weeks to make and ship.
Orders are generally fulfilled within one business day. If an item is on backorder, it may take up to a week before shipping.
